I lifted weights on October 3 and 5.
I did the elliptical machine after lifting weights and according to the table on the Cooper Aerobics web site, I earned 15 points.
So as of October 5
3 out of 12 weight lifting sessions for October.
35 aerobic points out of my goal of 155 for the month. At 5 per day, I am 10 ahead of plan.
Ok on diet, I did have tortilla chips at Margarita's Taco Tuesday. I have cut my carbs way down. Going to hit it hard Wednesday and Thursday.
